The 2023/24 season of the KVF National League continued with a bang as the Trailblazers Volleyball Club left spectators in awe with a remarkable performance against Mombasa-based KPA. In a complete obliteration, the Trailblazers sealed their victory in straight sets, 3-0 (25-23, 25-22, 25-15), securing maximum points in the process.
KPA, the runners-up of the 2022/23 KVF playoffs, started the match on a high note, taking an early lead in the first set. However, the Trailblazers demonstrated their resilience and determination, mounting a surge to level the score at 21-21. With incredible teamwork and unwavering spirit, they clinched the first set 25-23, setting the stage for an electrifying showdown.
The momentum gained in the first set continued to propel the Trailblazers through the second and third sets. Their emphatic performance resulted in a 25-22 win in the second set and a dominating 25-15 victory in the third, wrapping up the match in straight sets.
