At Trailblazers Volleyball Club (TVC), player development goes beyond court performance. The management places equal emphasis on the off-court contributions of each player, and no one embodies this philosophy better than Moses Ndichu, popularly known as “MUSA.”

Recently, Musa achieved a major personal milestone by becoming a certified Personal Trainer. This certification follows his successful completion of the rigorous I-FIT Innovative Fitness Instructor Training program, which covered critical areas such as the role of a personal trainer, principles of adherence and motivation, communication techniques, and designing safe, goal-specific training programs.

Known on the court for his powerful and precise spikes, Musa’s lethal athletic ability is enhanced by his newfound expertise in fitness training. Despite his smaller stature, his ferocity as an attacker has earned him respect among teammates and opponents alike. Now, with this personal training certification, Musa is well-equipped to contribute both on and off the court.

His achievement reflects TVC’s holistic approach to player development, which encourages athletes to grow not only as players but as well-rounded individuals. By investing in off-court skills like fitness and personal training, Musa has demonstrated the commitment to excellence that is a hallmark of the Trailblazers Volleyball Club ethos.

As a certified personal trainer and a dynamic volleyball player, Moses Ndichu is a true trailblazer—continuing to inspire teammates and set new standards for success in Kenyan volleyball.
