Trailblazers Volleyball Club continued to dominate the KVF National League, securing an impressive 9 points in the second leg of the 2023/2024 season by maintaining a flawless record in the National League.

In our opening match of the leg, we faced off against newcomers Mt. Kenya Base Yetu, overcoming a momentary challenge to secure victory with a 3-1 scoreline (25-10, 18-25, 25-16, 25-14), setting the tone for our continued success throughout the leg.

The following match against Prisons Western saw us in peak form, clinching a commanding win in straight sets with a score of 3-0 (25-23, 25-16, 25-13).

However, the anticipated clashes against Kenya Army and Prisons Nyanza did not materialize as scheduled opponents failed to appear. As a result, KVF awarded Trailblazers a walkover against Prisons Nyanza while awaiting a decision regarding the unplayed match against Kenya Army. Despite the missed opportunities for competition, We remain focused and prepared for the challenges ahead.

The accumulation of 9 points in the second leg complements their earlier success, having earned 6 points in the first leg, bringing their total to an impressive 15 points from 5 matches.

Looking ahead, we are gearing up for a rigorous series of matches in the upcoming leg. The schedule includes highly-anticipated encounters against reigning champions Prisons Kenya, former champions GSU, and AP Kenya. The team remains steadfast in our commitment to maintaining our unbeaten streak and elevating our game against tough adversaries.
